Oxfam is looking for a team of consultants to assess the impact of Oxfam’s Education project “Improving quality basic education in Dak Nong province”, in particularly to measure the impact of applying the CCM on (i) the improvement quality of teaching and learning, (ii) the improvement of the quality of learning and using Vietnamese language of ethnic minority children.
